He has acquired the Project Management Professional (PMP)®, world's leading project management certification 2015 and PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) in 2019. He is a Certified Microsoft Project Professional (MSP) and Oracle Primavera Specialist (P6) to plan and manage the project to achieve the scope and complete it within schedule and cost. He has completed his Masters in Construction and management to impart the knowledge of planning and organizing the projects.

  • Head Academics of PGP & Short-term certification programs; Center Coordinator & Internal Quality Auditor of EAL, faculty at Infini Institute of Construction Project Management Pune from 2016 to 2021.
  • Assistant Professor at VIT Institute, Pune, since 2004 to 2016.
  • Visiting faculty at MIT Institution and MIT College of Management for the post graduate students of Construction Management.
  • Worked as a site in-charge at Marvel Realtor Pune from 2000 to 2004.
